General Terms
⬩ All commissions are handled through forms (found in this website), Facebook, or in Discord only.⬩ I reserve the right to decline your commission order without needing to state the reason.⬩ I reserve the right to alter my terms of service and prices as needed. Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.⬩ Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
My Limitations
What I can offer:⬩ Original concepts, design, and customized work with an additional fee.⬩ Humans, furries, feral, anthro, and any species, gender, body type, disability, skin tone, mecha/robot characters, and other unique features.What I do not allow:⬩ Commercial artworks or artworks that will be used for profit such as book covers, graphic novels, visual novels, etc., unless stated otherwise with an extra fee.⬩ Hateful artworks (ableist, homophobic, and the sorts).⬩ NSFW: gore, nudity, mature topics, sexual intercourse, fantasy, and fetish art.
Usage
⬩ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.⬩ I own all rights to the work. It is prohibited to put my work into any AI engine, NFT, change details or design, trace, or edit any of my pieces.⬩ I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.⬩ Reposting or sharing is allowed. Always credit the commissioned piece through any of my socials.⬩ Private use means you are paying for the work & time of the artist (me), but not for the commercial usage rights/license. The copyright of the artwork itself remains with the artist who painted the original artwork. You still own your own character design, but not the copyrights to the painting.⬩ This means that You can’t: Sell or license the artwork, use it for promoting or advertising purposes (social media marketing, for example), re-distribute, alter, claim the artwork your own or gain monetary profit off of the artwork.Got any questions? Payment
⬩ Payment is via PayPal or GCash ONLY. A deposit of 100% must be paid after the approved sketch. I accept Cashapp through middlemen!⬩ If PayPal, the invoice will be sent by me in order to track my payments from my services and for the client to avoid making mistakes in sending the money to the wrong person.⬩ In a rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give either a partial or a full refund, depending on how much I have completed.
Refunds
⬩ No refunds on finished artwork no matter the reason.⬩ The reason why I will not allow a full refund is because my prices are extremely cheap and taxes take up most of the cost.
Process / Ordering
⬩ Most commission types will receive a sketch for approval. At that stage, you have a right to revision. Once the lineart has been done, you have free (3) minor revisions before I add a small additional fee unless it is a detail I forgot to add or a mistake I made whilst making the artwork.⬩ The final price depends on wishes, complexity, and character design. I will always make a price quote before starting the sketch and ask for approval from the client.⬩ Any references should be concise, up to date, and written in the English language. Any changes outside of the initial project and quote must be discussed and additionally approved. Changes may be individually charged depending on their complexity.⬩ I will be sending progress pictures in the following manner: Initial sketch, final sketch, lineart, base color, shading, render, and final output. I will be sending the HD pictures either on Gmail, Google Drive, or Discord if requested.⬩ Your commission can take up to 1-3 days or 2-6 weeks to complete, depending on many factors such as health, order of commissions, complexity, schoolwork, or family issues. (You will be notified if any of the above occur.)
Extra Charges
You will receive additional charges if:⬩ You have already approved the sketch and changed your mind about the lineart, flat, or render process. A minimum of $2 USD will be charged after 3 minor revisions. Major revisions will be declined unless paid a fair amount.⬩ If you want to get a custom design/don't have a clear char design, you will be charged a minimum of $4 USD for me to accurately work off of description/s.⬩ The minimum fees mentioned above are only the base prices and can fluctuate depending on the complexity, design, and effort I have to put into the desired artwork.ㅤ
